You must provide your real name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. If any information changes after registration — particularly your contact details or payment method — you are required to update your account promptly. 92pk is not responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications caused by outdated account information.
92pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or other documents to verify your identity and address. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC verification. 92pk will never share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by law.

All deposits are credited to your 92pk wallet in PKR. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours during standard banking hours in Pakistan.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 92pk processes withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours.
92pk does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, withdrawals requested before the completion of any active bonus wagering requirement will be subject to the bonus forfeiture rules set out in Section 5.

Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to each verified player once only. Attempting to claim a new player bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 92pk, including cricket, PSL, football, and all other sports markets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 92pk account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either you or 92pk may close your account at any time.
